In compliance with California Education Code Section 69432.7(I)(2)(A), our university provides prospective and current students with access to licensing examination passage rates for our undergraduate programs. This data highlights the success of our graduates in meeting the requirements for employment where a California licensing examination is necessary.
California requires prospective multiple subject (TK–6) teachers to demonstrate subject-matter competence, most commonly by passing the CSET Multiple Subjects examination, Subtests I, II, and III. The exam covers reading, language and literature, history and social science, science, mathematics, physical education, human development, and the visual and performing arts.
