The transcript ordering center allows you to choose your preferred delivery method (electronic or physical mail via first-class or certified).
A secure payment gateway is integrated within the portal, enabling you to settle the transcript fee conveniently using a major credit card.
The portal provides a user-friendly interface for tracking the status of your transcript request in real-time.
We offer a variety of delivery options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from electronic delivery (generally the fastest option) or physical mail via First Class, Certified, International, or Express. Processing times will vary depending on the chosen delivery method.
Please note that transcripts delivered electronically or by mail through this authorized service are considered official documents issued by APU Global. They bear the official university seal and registrar’s signature to ensure authenticity.
We encourage current students and alumni to take advantage of this convenient and secure transcript ordering system.
Final grades are generally available 3-5 business days after the session ends. Degrees are conferred 2-3 weeks after the session ends.
Before you order
Unofficial transcripts are not accessible through APU Global’s ordering service. Current and, in some cases, former students can access or print an unofficial transcript from their student portal .
All transcript orders require a major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) to complete the transaction.
Unofficial transcripts are available to current students from the student portal and are usually sufficient for internal advising, employer reimbursement, and personal record keeping. Graduate schools, licensing boards, and most employers require an official transcript ordered through the Clearinghouse. If you also need enrollment or degree verification, contact the registrar rather than ordering a transcript.
Fees are charged by the National Student Clearinghouse at the time of your order.
