Mark S. Dickerson, J.D.

Mark S. Dickerson has been practicing law in private practice, as general counsel for a multinational corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Azusa Pacific University. Currently affiliated with the Phoenix law firm Schmitt Schneck Even & Williams, P.C. in an of counsel capacity, his practice is focused on higher education law, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, business transactions and religious nonprofit organizations. He has authored and co-authored several articles on organizational leadership, management education, and theology.

Dickerson received a B.S. in mathematics from Grand Canyon University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and both an M.A. and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
