Vice President / Chief Student Engagement Officer

Erin Vargas serves as Vice President and Chief Student Engagement Officer at Azusa Pacific University Global. She brings 26 years of dedicated experience in higher education at both for-profit and not-for-profit institutions.

Previously, she served as President and COO of Bellus Academy in San Diego, CA – a multi-campus career college. She rejoins APU Global having previously also served as Director of Financial Aid. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree from California Coast University and credentials from Wharton Executive Education.
