Scheduled Counseling
Scheduled Counseling will allow students to schedule up to 12 sessions with a licensed therapist in their state.
Basic Needs
Basic Needs gives APU Global students access to a Care Coordination team to guide students in need of food, housing, legal, job, childcare, transit, and financial hardship resources.
Self-Care Journeys
Self-Care Journeys are curated materials on specific mental wellness topics that students can complete at their own pace.

Cost and eligibility
TimelyCare visits are included in enrollment at no additional cost to active APU Global students. There is no copay, no insurance requirement, and no session limit for on-demand emotional support. Availability is nationwide, so services follow you if you move or travel during a session.

Who has access, and for how long
- Degree-seeking students (those enrolled in associates, bachelor’s, or master’s programs.)
- Access is granted session by session to students who are actively enrolled in courses.
- Access is available for 10 weeks beginning with each session start, (beginning the first day of class), and for as long as you are continuously enrolled. (I.e., the length of the session + 2 weeks)
